The linked painting is Iltapromenadi Iisakin kirkon aukiolla [An evening promenade at St. Isaac's Square] (1895) by the Finnish painter Oscar Kleineh (1846-1919) who studied in the Imperial Academy of Arts in St. Petersburg during the early 1870's.
