hello. I am from Turkey. I often come to Finlan d Turku city, because I am married a finnish woman. I should learn finnish language. Next time you are in Finland, please take your Finnish wife with you and visit the main library in Turku. Usually the library card is given to anyone staying long enough in Finland. You will be answered in details when you visit the library. A library card is a personal "credit card" and the owner has to be there signing the agreement. Once you have received the library card you can use web services the library is offering.
